Any responsibility in the JI is a trust and a burden:newly elected Ameer Sirajul Haq

Lahore: The newly elected Ameer of the Jamaat e Islami, Sirajul Haq, has said that any responsibility in the Jamaat e Islami was a trust and a burden  and not an office to be enjoyed.

In a message on his election to the top slot of the JI, he said that he had never expected that the Arakan of the Jamaat e islami would place this heavy responsibility on his shoulders. He said that at this moment, he badly needed the good wishes and prayers of the JI Arakan and supporters of the JI. Sirajul Haq said that in the days to come, the JI leadership and workers would play their role in the building of the country and the nation.
