Lahore Police foil terror attempt in the city

Lahore: CIA Model Town Police have arrested 4 arms smuggler along with   a large quantity of modern firearms.It was disclosed by SSP Investigation Abdul Rabb Ch today,here at CIA Model Town .

SSP Investigation Abdul Rabb Ch  said that police had received information that Residents of Kohat, Mardan and Triable Area would smuggle illicit  arms in Lahore and they will come via Motorway Some smugglers.

On this information, SSP Investigation constitute a team under the supervision of DSP Saleem Butt who organized a picket at Thokar Niaz Baig and start searching cars where they recovered 98 guns and pistols, 62 bullets kupay and 76635 bullets in a car and arrested notorious arms smugglers Hasan Khan and Fazal ur Rehman,later police conducted a raid and arrested their two fellow Muhammad Yasin and Mani Dar Khan.
