Lahore: The historic investment package of 30 billion dollars announced by China for Pakistan is a big achievement of Chief Minister Punjab Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif. The enthusiastic welcome accorded to the Chief Minister by the Chinese government, leadership and people during his visit to China is a new chapter in Pak-China friendship. The successful visit of Chief Minister to China is a proof of the leadership qualities of Shahbaz Sharif and it would not be wrong to say that he has won the hearts of Chinese leadership, government and the people during this visit.
These views were expressed by Assembly Members of various districts during a meeting with Chief Minister Punjab Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif. They said that Shahbaz Sharif is a practical person and the investment package announced by Chinese government and leadership in acknowledgement of good governance, hard work and transparency of Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif and Chief Minister Punjab Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif will usher in an era of progress and prosperity in Pakistan.
Those who met the Chief Minister included Minister of State for Religious Affairs Pir Amin-ul-Hasnaat, Member National Assembly Tehmina Daultana, Member Provincial Assembly Irfan Daultana, Khalid Ghani Chaudhary, Maulana Ilyas Chinioti and Muhammad Taufeeq Butt.
