Shabana Aslam wins the title of strongest women powerlifting championship 2014 lahore

 

 

 

 

 

Lahore: Shabana Aslam have won the Title of Punjab Strongest Women by lifting 115 Kg weight in her class in the Punjab Strongest Women Powerlifting Championship 2014 Lahore.The competition was held at DHA under auspices of Punjab powerlifting Association here at Pakistan Fitness Centre ,DHA Lahore. General Secretary Punjab Powerlifting Association Aqeel javed butt was the chief judge of the tournament.

Atubah Saleem ,Amta Saleem ,Sehar Asif , Sadia Khalil ,Shabana Aslam , Nida Arshad and Amna Rasheed stood first in their respective classes.The competitions were set in from 57 KG to 84 KG plus weight classes ,more than fifty women participated in the competitions but these seven girls could won their classes in a very interesting and close contests. Everyone tried her best to prove  that she was the most powerful women but fate remain with winners.

A large number of sports women were also there who not only joy the contest but also encouraged the players on every best effort that powerlifter women made to be number one in the competitions.

Chief guests Eisa Ali,Yaqoob Basit,Mughees Ahmed  Farooqi  and the judges distributes awards among the powerful women after announcements of the judges.
