Lord Mayor of Manchester calls on CM Punjab

Lahore: Lord Mayor of Manchester, UK Naeem-ul-Hassan and former Lord Mayor Afzal Khan called on Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif here today. Provincial Minister for Education Rana Mashhood Ahmed Khan, Federal Secretary Overseas Pakistanis & Human Resource, Vice Chairman Punjab Investment Board and concerned officers were also present.

Speaking on the occasion Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif said that overseas Pakistanis are playing an important role in the development of the country. He said that government is taking all possible steps for resolution of problems of overseas Pakistanis.

Lord Mayor Manchester Naeem-ul-Hassan lauded the welfare steps taken by Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif for the people of the province. He said that metro bus project is also being appreciated in Britain.
