Lahore: IG Zulfiqar Ahmad Cheema has said that National Highways and Motorway Police have always maintained the quality standard of road safety in Pakistan which is acknowledged worldwide. He said that NH&MP is committed to create the supremacy and enforcement of law on motorways.
He was addressing inaugural ceremony of new NH&MP Driver Training Institute here at Thoker Niaz Baig , Lahore. DIG Mirza Shakil Ahmad and SSP Mirza Faran Baig were also present on the occasion.
IG Zulifqar Ahmad Cheema said that the road user/driver would automatically adopt traffic rules and regulations once he would enter on national highways and motorways across the country. He further added road traffic crashes, should not be accepted as inevitable because they are, in fact, both predictable and preventable. He was speaking with the trainees and officers while
