Lahore: Provincial Parliamentary Secretary on Information and Culture, Rana Muhammad Arshad has said that mother language is the source of social recognition of a person.
He said that the basic importance of mother language will have to be acknowledged for preservation of folk culture of Punjab. He said this while presiding over a meeting to review the arrangements of “PILAC Maan Boli Conference” at Punjab Institute of Langue Art and Culture.
Rana Arshad said that best education and training of young generation is possible through mother language. He said that keeping in view the social vision of Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif and according to the direction of Chief Minister Punjab Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif, a 3-day PILAC Maan Boli Conference will be held under the aegis of Information and Culture Department for the conservation and promotion of art and culture.
