Lady Health Workers end their sit in after 36 hours

Lahore: Lady’s health workers have ended their protest in front of punjab assembly after 36 hours when CM Punjab’s advisor for health given them a word that all their demands would be fulfilled within couple of weeks.

Poor Ladies were on the roads since Monday morning. Police tried to dispersed them in the Monday night by using force,many of them were also arrested but they did not leave the place and spent whole a cold night under the open sky for their demands of permanent allocations and pay scale. They struggle hard for the approval of demands and at last Advisor for health Khawaja salman rafique had to come over there and made promises to present bill of their demands in the next session of punjab assembly that will be held on 5th March and the workers get their pays according to their pay scale from 30 april.
