SBP starts preparations for Youth and Sports Festival 2013-14

Lahore: Provincial Minister for Education Rana Mashhood Ahmed Khan presided over an important meeting to review the arrangements of Youth and Sports Festival 2013-14. IG Punjab Khan Baig, DG Sports Usman Anwar and other attended the meeting.

The meeting was told that on the direction Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif and in accordance with his vision, besides Punjab Sports, important events like Industrial Exhibition, Horse and Cattle Show, Punjab Spring Festival, Tattoo Show, Punjab World XI Cricket, Punjab International Hockey Event, Punjab International Paragliding, Punjab UK Football League, Free Style American Wrestling, Punjab Job Fair and Punjab International Shopping Festival will be held.

Provincial Minister told that the kite flying event (Basant) will be held at Changa Manga. He directed that foolproof security and other arrangements should be made during these events.
