A massive protest will be held on 23rd :Jahangir Tareen

Lahore:  Jehangir Khan Tareen has said that a massive protest will be held on 23^rd which will be attended by all the PTI party members and workers against the drone attacks and in favor of NATO supply stoppage.

While addressing a press conference after presiding over a  review meeting regarding local body elections ,The PTI central leader said ,the purpose of this protest is to show to the world as the people of Pakistan want the ending of drone attacks because this is their land and people of Pakistan will take decisions themselves for their country’s security. He mentioned that PTI wants peace through talks in the country and drone attacks are a big hurdle in peace talks. PTI Sec. General Jehangir Khan Tareen. PTI President Punjab Ejaz Ahmed Ch, PTI Punjab Gen. Sec. Dr. Yasmin Rashid, Dy. Sec. General Umar Dar and MNA Rai Hassan Nawaz were present.

PTI Sec. General Jehangir Khan Tareen highlighted the important issue of the country’s sovereignty being constantly damaged by drone attacks in a Media Talk after the review committee meeting in Lahore. He said that PTI Leadership severely condemns drone attack in Hangu first time within KPK boundary. Mr. Tareen said that NATO supply blockage is the decision of Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf itself not KPK govt.

Jehangir Khan Tareen said that Maulana Fazal Ur rehman should stop on giving fake and wrong statements and said that $500 m was taken by the previous govt. not by KPK PTI govt. He also said that CM Pervaiz Khattak has evidence files regarding corrupt ministers who were dismissed from KPK govt. and CM KPK will bring those evidence files in front of Media and whole nation.

MPA sheikh khurram shahzad, Raja Nadir Pervaiz, Dr. Waheed Akbar, Mian Shokat Ali Thaheem, Syed Inayat Ali Shah, Imran Arbi, Naeem Azeem, Rana Raheel Minhas, Dr. Asad Moazzam, Farukh Habib, Javed Niaz Manj, and other officer bearers and ticket holders from Faisalabad, Jhang and Toba Tek Singh were also present in the meeting.

Local Govt. Committee PTI Punjab meeting will be held on 22^nd of November, 2013. PTI President Punjab Ejaz Ch, PTI Punjab Gen. Sec. Dr. Yasmin Rashid and Opposition Leader Mian Mehmood Ur Rasheed will hold a press conference at 04.30pm at Punjab Secretariat.
