Mirza Shakil visits Guidance Center at Thoker Niaz Baig

Lahore: Providing help and guidance to the commuters, besides their counseling, was the hallmark of Motorway Police and it should be continued in all circumstances said Mirza Shakil Ahmad DIG National Highways and Motorway Police N-5 Central, while visit of Guidance Center and help line 130 at Thoker Niaz Baig, Lahore.

Mirza Shakil Ahmad DIG directed the official of NH&MP and stressed the need to give top priority to Motorway Police Helpline 130 calls and provide timely and effective help to the distressed road users. He further said providing help and guidance to the commuters, besides their counseling, was the hallmark of Motorway Police and it should be continued in all circumstances. He asked the officers of NH&MP to show patience and work hard as more vehicles will break down on road. He laid stress on quick and timely response to Helpline 130 Call. He said that immediate help be extended to the road users in distress and special care be given to the patients, old age persons, ladies and children. DIG also checked the record of calls and respond time in the field by the officers.
