Parvez Elahi griefs over attack on a church

Lahore: Former Deputy Prime Minister Ch Parvez Elahi and PML-Q president Ch Shujaat Hussain have expressed their heartfelt grief and sorrow over heinous incident of attack on a church in Qissa Khwani Bazar of Peshawar.

Both the leaders contacted the Bishop of Lahore on telephone and expressed their solidarity with the Christian community over the incident. In their message, they said that they share the grief and sorrow of the Christian community, strongly condemn the incident and demand protection of places of worship of the Christian community.
