Lahore: CCPO Lahore Ch Shafique Ahmad Gujjar has suspended three officials including SHO Manga Mandi Inspector Gulam Fareed for torturing a citizen in illegal custody and taking bribery from him.
According to the spokesman Muhammad Aslam today gave an application to the CCPO that he was severely tortured during illegal custody by the manga Mandi police and released by the police after receiving fifty thousands Rs.
On this complaint ,the CCPO ordered SSP Administration for inquiry and all the allegations leveled by the applicant proved true.On this report The CCPO suspended the SHO Gulam Fareed,SI Shafique Dogar and TASI Pervaiz Khalid.
