Shoki Khan was a loyal and active worker of PML-N:Hamza Shahbaz

Lahore: Shoki Khan was a sincere, loyal, dedicated and active worker of PML-N. Party leadership can never forget his sacrifices during the era of hardships. Due to the death of Shoki Khan, PML-N has deprived of a best companion and worker.

These views were expressed by PML-N Central leader and Member National Assembly, Hamza Shahbaz Sharif while expressing his condolences with the family members of late Shoki Khan, an old and senior worker of PML-N, inside Lohari Gate today.

Other party leaders and workers were also present on the occasion. While expressing his deep sense of sorrow and grief over the death of Shoki Khan, Hamza Shahbaz Sharif paid homage to his invaluable services and loyalty to the party.

Hamza Shahbaz Sharif said that Shoki Khan was a senior worker who loved Mian Nawaz Sharif and Shahbaz Sharif and his struggle and sacrifices for the party can never be forgotten. He said that late Shoki Khan faced the imprisonment and other cruelties by a dictator with courage and did not hesitate to sacrifice his life and property. He said that Mian Nawaz Sharif and Mian Shahbaz Sharif have also deeply grieved over the sad demise of Shoki Khan.

Hamza Shahbaz said that the dilapidated house of Shoki Khan will be reconstructed and all possible assistance would be provided to his children and other heirs.

Earlier, Rasm-e-Qul of late Shoki Khan was held at Muslim Mosque Lohari in which MNA Hamza Shahbaz Sharif and a large number of PML-N workers participated. Assembly members Waheed Alam Khan, Kh. Salman Rafiq and Javed Hashmi also attended the Rasm-e-Qul.
