Jinah hospital’s doctor implicated in fake FIR  

Lahore: Ichra circle wardens ‘under DSP Sajad Bahati yesterday severely tortured a doctor of Jinah Hospital, snatched his mobile and also registered a fake FIR against him.

 

According to details Jinah Hospital’s Doctor Hafiz Zubair Ghuman was going back to his home from his duty when Ichra circle warden Kamran Rao stoped him and issued him fine ticket for not illuminating head lights of his car.

 

The doctor upon this wanted to talk with the warden on the matter but Kamran Rao called for his sector Incharge and other unknown warden who tortured the doctor severely and snatched his mobile.

 

The doctor submitted an application against the wardens but the Linton Road police instead of registering FIR against the wardens implicated the wardens in fake FIR for Kare sarkar main mudakhlat.

 

The traffic police inappropriate attitude against the citizens has been on the rise day by day. The wardens have made it a routine to beat, insult and damage property of the citizens and afterward implicating them in fake FIR of karay sarkar main mudakhlat.

 

A source upon rising terrorism against the citizens said that Punjab police and traffic police has jointly planned to register fake FIR, insult and beat citizens.

 

Earlier Ichra circle warden  sector traffic inspector M Aslam and his accomplices brutally tortured passengers and the driver of a van P/9553. The wardens also broke up teeth of the driver and locked him up.

 

When the fellow transporters came to know about the incident, they staged protest demonstration against the wardens in front of the Ichra police station.

 

An eyewitness said that driver of the van Sultan went for drinking water parking his van near Muslim and Ichra sector inch rage passed derogator remarks and called his name (abusing) took the van full seated van with passengers to Ichra police station.

 

He said that the warden then with his accomplices brutally tortured him and broke up one of his teeth and when one citizen Amanat Ali intervened to normalize the situation but thewardens also manhandled the citizen and left him to bear the pain.

 

Similarly, Shadman sector traffic inchrage cruelly tortured a fruit vendor Muhammad Rafique for not giving the traffic inspector expensive fruits free of cost and registered an FIR against his son Shahbaz and threatened him of dire consequences while the other stallholders who give fruits to the inspector Nasir Gill were not touched.

 

In the same manners during the month of June one warden Shrafat Ali of Ichra circle brutally tortured one resident Nawaz before the eyes of his wife when he was coming back to his home after getting examined her six month old daughter, a section of press reported. Similarly in the month of April the same Shrafat Ali and his accomplices Mujeeb and Rizwan warden  brutally tortured an old man, a journalist and implicated them in a fake FIR afterward. The traffic police has been involved in many other such incidents which some how or the other are not being reported.

 

The residents have been protesting continuously against the wardens ‘hooliganism’ but none of the concerned authorizes has taken stock of the rising complain. They demanded immediate removal of the circle DSP Sajad Bahti and hooligan wardens Mujeeb, Shrafat Ali, Rizwan and others.
