Lahore: Mr. Justice Amin-ud-Din Khan of Lahore High Court has said that in order to dispose of old cases on a priority basis, the judiciary is burning mid night oil. It will enhance the image of Bench and Bar in the eyes of the litigant public.
The Hon’ble Judge said this while talking to a delegation of District Bar Association Vehari on Thursday who called on him. Hon’ble Judge handed over law books for their bar library. Chief Justice Umar AtaBandial had arranged supply of law books amounting to Rs. 80 thousands for each district and tehsil Bar across the province this year and every Inspection Judge is supervising the distribution of the books to Bars in his district.
Justice Amin-ud-Din told the participants that books will behelpful for the young lawyers to have command over the knowledge of law.Bar officials assured the Hon’ble Judge that they will continue full cooperation with courts for quick and quality justice for the grieved parties.
