SI killed in Gulshan Ravi

Lahore: Two unknown motorists have killed a sub-inspector of police on a picket and fled away.According to the police ,SI was standing on duty with three cops on a picket.A cop signaled with a hand  to a motorists for checking but they opened fire on the policemen and fled away.A bullet hit the SI ,who fell down on the road.A rescue team reached on the spot within few minutes but the SI succumbed to the injury while he was taking to the nearby hospital.

Police have cordoned off the the area and a  search operation is underway.
