Metro Bus Project will also be started in Rawalpindi

Lahore: Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif has said that on the pattern of Lahore, Metro Bus Project will also be started in Rawalpindi. He said that Metro Bus Project route will be devised in such a manner as maximum people could benefit from this modern, comfortable and affordable facility and this route will be extended upto Islamabad. The Chief Minister vowed that PML-N government will fulfill all promises made to the people at all cost. He said that effective and solid steps would be taken on war footing for resolution of public problems and providing maximum facilities to the masses.

He expressed these views during a meeting with public representatives and administrative officers in Rawalpindi. Immediate steps for resolving the urban problems of Rawalpindi and launching more development projects were also considered on this occasion. Proposals about metro bus project in Rawalpindi were given a final shape.
