MPA’s are told parliamentary norms,ethics and rules in a training workshop

Lahore: Management and professional development department organized three days workshop for newly elected MPA’s to train them the process of legislation and budget preparation. Secretary MPDD Mrs. Rashida Malik inaugurated the workshop and Secretary Law Dr. Abul Hassan Najmi delivered lecture on constitution’s supremacy and the process of legislation in Pakistan.

Special Secretary Finance Dr. Arshad Mehmood gave presentation on the process of budget making and its best utilization. MPA’s were also told parliamentary norms, ethics, rules and regulations so that they could play their constitutional role efficiently. Newly elected MPAs from all over the province participated in the workshop irrespective of their party affiliation. They expressed their will to perform to the best of their abilities for the development of province.
