QWP candidates join MQM just 2 days before the elections

Lahore: Quami Watan Party’s candidates from NA-123 Masud Ahmad Saeed Pappa,PP-143 Ashique hussain Advocate,PP-144 Anna Tahir have withdrawn from elections in favour of MQM’s candidates.

It was announced in a press conference here at MQM provincial head office, Punjab House in Muslim Town.They also announced to join MQM and said they were joining MQM as they were inspired enough with the thought and philosophy of the party’s Quaid Altaf Hussain.

At the occasion,MQM central committee ‘s member Saif Yar Khan welcomed them into the party and said MQM was being sent to a closed street but it was the victory of the Quaid thought that people were joining the party in a large number.A historical victory would be a destiny of the MQM on May11,he added.
