People stamp only on cycle:Ch Pervaiz Elahi

Lahore: Pakistan Muslim League (PML) senior central leader and candidate for National Assembly from NA-61 Chakwal Ch Parvez Elahi has said that the people should take the decision after judging the performance and on Saturday put stamp only on cycle. He said this while addressing a big and enthusiastic public meeting in Ghalla Mandi in Talagang tonight.

The people kept chanting slogans frequently throughout the public meeting. Ch Parvez Elahi said that our relation with the people is never breakable, development works undertaken in the area was his duty, Hafiz Ammar Yasir has no greed for anything, he does politics only for self-less service to the people.

He said that he had visited Talagang Hospital today and noted with regrets that all its modern machinery has been shifted from the hospital, Nawaz Sharif and Shahbaz Sharif have done politics even on hospitals and medicines, Sharif Brothers are responsible for load shedding, increase in crime and other problems in Punjab, they make wrong statements and play with the sentiments of the people.

Ch Parvez Elahi reiterated that Talagang will be given district status and a cardiology hospital, university and engineering university will be established here, Export Processing Zone and an Industrial Estate will also be established besides a cricket stadium for the youth. He said that the people know very well that we do not just make promises but also implement these promises, as the Chief Minister he had worked for the poor and common man, after Matric will now provide free education and books up to BA, 1122 Service will be introduced at tehsil level now after districts starting from Talagang.

He said N-League govt has done nothing in education and health sectors and for farmers and the common man, Shahbaz Sharif closed down 5000 primary schools, wasted billions of rupees in fake flop schemes, abolished Patrolling Police and reduced salaries of Punjab Police, govts increase salaries and do not reduce the salaries and now the govt servants get their salaries with a delay of many days, if Shahbaz Sharif had endorsed Ch Shujat Hussain formula then load-shedding would have ended by now, we had started small dams scheme in Talagang under which four dams had been constructed and which was to irrigate 12000 acres of land but Shahbaz Sharif stopped these dams scheme.

Ch Parvez Elahi asked the people to vote for cycle for the development, prosperity of their children and betterment of the area. He said that Main Road of Talagang Tehsil will be made double road, Shahbaz Sharif has not provided even bulbs in five years while electricity polls are erected and today is raising the slogan he will upgrade Talagang to the district level, he has got three terms and done nothing what he will do now?

On this occasion Hafiz Ammar Yassir, Sardar Faiz Tamman, Sardar Ghulam Abbas, Sardar Amjad Ilyas, and Fauzia Behram also addressed the public meeting while Sardar Mumtaz Haider Thua Mehrim Khan, Shaikh Saeed, Sardar Hafeez, Sardar Sultan Khan and former PPP MPA Dr Ali Hassan Naqvi were seated on the stage.
