I will eradicate load shedding within two years:Shahbaz Sharif

Lahore: Shahbaz Sharif has said that people believe in his promise of eradicating load shedding from Pakistan within two years because of his five years track record.

They know whose government has defeated Dengue by the grace of God, rehabilitated the flood victims and set up Metro Bus System within ten months only. He was addressing a public gathering in Khushab. Former Chief Minister said that the people rightfully question why Imran Khan did not visit any dengue patient when the deadly pestilence broke out.

And the people of Punjab also remember that when the floods had hit the country, President Zardari went to France leaving the victims of flood troubled behind. “At the same time your servant (Shahbaz Sharif) was reaching out to you people either by plane, by helicopter, by car, by scooter or by foot”, said Shahbaz Sharif. He said that Imran Khan had promised at Minar-e-Pakistan that he wouldn’t lie again but his lie that Zardari was not responsible for load shedding was probably the biggest lie of this century.

He said that Imran Khan was a polling agent of Musharraf and has become PRO for Zardari now. Ex CM Punjab also mentioned that Punjab Government spent ten billion rupees in Khushab during its five year rule as it constructed roads, colleges, schools, hospitals and also distributed laptops and solar lamps among the deserving students. He said, “Nations thrive on practical steps and we have practically strived for improving the living standards of all the districts of Punjab.”

Shahbaz Sharif said that in PML (N)’s next tenure, not only campuses of Barani University and Sargodha University will be opened in Khushab but Danish School will also be established there.
