Former Test Cricketer Shahid Israr takes his last breath

Lahore: Former Test Cricketer, Shahid Israr has passed away.Punjab Chief Minister, Najam Sethi has expressed deep sense of sorrow and grief over his death.

In a condolence message, the Chief Minister prayed that may Allah Almighty rest the departed soul in eternal peace and grant courage and strength to the members of the bereaved family to bear the irreparable loss with fortitude.

Meanwhile,Chairman PCB Ch. Zaka Ashraf and PCB COO Mr. Subhan Ahmed have condoled the sad demise of former Pakistan Test Cricketer Mr. Shahid Israr who died today in Karachi. He was 63 years old. The Pakistani Cricketing Fraternity shares the grief with Mr.Shahid ‘s family at this difficult time.

PCB management is deeply saddened by the loss of Mr. Shahid Israr and their thoughts and prayers are with his family at this time of sorrow. May Allah give his family and loved ones the strength to bear this irreparable loss.
