Newly appointed Judges to dispose off cases relating to Faisalabad and Sargodha

Lahore: The cases relating to Faisalabad and Sargodha Divisions have been fixed for disposal on priority basis before the six (06) newly appointed Hon’ble Judges of Lahore High Court, Lahore during the next week commencing 15.04.2013.

Mr. Justice Shoaib Saeed, Mr. Justice Atir Mehmood, Mr. Justice Shahid Bilal Hassan, Miss Justice Alia Neelam, Mr. Justice Shehzada Mazhar and Mr. Justice Abid Aziz Sheikh will also hear some cases of other districts but the major chunk of cases listed before their lordships will be of the two divisions. Lahore High Court has devised this policy for adjudication of cases in order to provide maximum relief to the people of both the regions keeping in view the pendency of cases. As per latest decision 123 cases of Faisalabad Division and 77 cases of Sargodha Division have been added today only in the cause lists of the aforesaid judges.

According to details, 3670 cases have been fixed for hearing during the next week at the Principal Seat of the Lahore High Court which include 1744 of Lahore Division, 239 Sahiwal, 766 Gujranwala, 577 Faisalabad and 344 cases of Sargodha Division have been fixed.
