Lahore: Special Secretary Health Babar Hayat Tarrar, while taking oath from the office-bearers of Punjab Health Manager Association, a newly established organization of doctors performing duties on administrative posts, has expressed the hope that the new association of doctors will utilize its capabilities for the improvement of health department and betterment of patients.
Addressing the oath taking ceremony, Special Secretary Health said that it is the reasonability of Punjab Health Manager Association which was established to represent district officers, Medical Superintendents of government hospitals as well as directors to utilize all their energies for the development of health department and resolving the problems being faced by the patients and work for behavioral changes for promotion of culture of good behavior.
Office-bearers of Punjab Health Manager Association include President Dr. Nisar Ahmad Cheema, Senior Vice President Dr. Zahid Pervaiz, Vice President (Male) Dr. Khalid Randhawa, Vice President(Female) Dr. Darkhashanda Badar, General Secretary Dr. Haq Nawaz Bharwana, Secretary Finance Dr. Jafar Ilyas, Joint Secretary (Male) Dr. Salman Shahid, Joint Secretary (Female) Dr. Zahida Sarwar and Secretary Information Dr. Atiq-ur-Rehman. Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Haq Nawaz Bharwana said that the new organization will not only protect the rights of administrative doctors but also provide facilities to the patients and protect their rights.
