Teachers can bring a revolution in society: Professor Dr. Rafique

Lahore: Teachers can bring about a revolution in society by effecting a positive and constructive change in the hearts and minds of students. The younger generation must be acquainted with the Two-Nation Theory, the aims and objectives, of the establishment of Pakistan and the life and services of the heroes of the Independence Movement. These are the ideas expressed by Ahmad, Vice Chairman, The Nazaria-i-Pakistan Trust at the Aiwan-e-Karkunan-i-Tahreek-i-Pakistan, Lahore during a one-day ideological training workshop for teachers coming from Lahore and Sheikhupura. The workshop commenced with the recitation of the Holy Quran, a na’at and the national anthem.

Shahid Rasheed, Secretary, the Nazaria-i-Pakistan Trust welcomed the participants and remarked that the Trust had been elevated to the Status of a national and ideological institution under the leadership and guidance of Dr. Majid Nizami Ideological and m oral training of the younger generation is the main object of the Trust. We should have nothing to do with India because it is committing water aggression and still holding Kashmir unlawfully.

The Nazaria-i-Pakistan forums have been established in 32 districts and hundreds of thousands of people were benefiting from its website. Its publications including the monthly ‘Nazaria-i-Pakistan’ are propagating the thoughts and reflections of the Quaid-i-Azam and Allama Iqbal. Earlier on, the teachers visited the picture gallery of the Pakistan Movement at the Aiwan-i-Karkunan-i-Tahreek-i-Pakistan.
