Lahore: Punjab government has restored 20% adhoc allowance of the employees of Sheikh Zayed Medical Complex upon which they have ended their strike and started to fulfill their responsibilities.
This was decided in a meeting of the Management Committee of Sheikh Zayed Medical Complex which discussed the problems of paramedical staff in detail and resolved all the affairs amicably. The meeting was attended by the members of Management Committee, PML-N leader Senator Ishaq Dar and Advisor to CM Punjab, Kh. Salman Rafiique.
It was decided in the meeting that 20% adhoc allowance would continue till receipt of inquiry report and sympathetic consideration would be given for resolution of other problems of the employees. Senator Ishaq Dar and Advisor Kh. Salman Rafiq played an important role for resolving the problems of the paramedical staff.
