Officers to personally ensure timely registration of the cases:IG Punjab

Lahore: Acting Inspector General of Police (IGP) Punjab Khan Baig presided over a high-level meeting at the office of the RPO Rawalpindi Capt (retd) Muhammad Zubair today.

RPO Rawalpindi Capt (retd) Muhammad Zubair, CPO Rawalpindi Muhammad Azhar Hameed Khokhar, DPO Jehlum Dar Ali Khan, DPO Chakwal Kashif Mushtaq Kanjoo, DPO Attock Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi, CTO Rawalpindi Ishtiaq Shah, SP (Headquarters) Rawalpindi Masood Raza, SP PC Abid Shah and all divisional SPs attended the meeting.

The meeting reviewed the crimes and law and order situation in the Rawalpindi region in detail. All the officers briefed the IGP about scrims situation in their respective districts.

On this occasion, the IGP Punjab ordered the officers to personally ensure timely registration of the cases and submission of challans in the courts to bring the culprits to justice.
