Only voters can make Pakistan of Quaid-e-Azam in the real sense:Hamza Shahbaz

MNA Hamza Shahbaz SharifLahore: Central leader of PML-N Hamza Shahbaz Sharif MNA has said that if the people reject corrupt politicians who looted national exchequer in the next election and give vote to those who will put the country on the road to progress then the country can become Pakistan of Quaid-e-Azam in the real sense.

He expressed these views while addressing a ceremony held on the occasion of foundation stone laying of 50-bed hospital today. Hamza Shahbaz said that Punjab government paid more attention to education and health projects as compared to other provinces and added that it constructed 22 model villages for flood affectees, introduced Daanish School System, launched mobile health units, set up endowment fund with Rs.10 billion and distributed laptops among the talented students on merit besides held Punjab Youth Festival in which players set eleven world records. He said that Pakistan can be put on the road to progress by equipping the youth with education which comprise seventy percent of the population of the country. He further said that Nawaz Sharif conducted nuclear tests in response to Indian explosions and upheld the honour and dignity of Pakistan. He said time has come that we should close all the doors of begging and stand on our own feet, Allah Almighty will also help. He said that the change brought about with the vote of the people will be lasting and result in brining good leadership which will provide employment to the labourers and eliminate loadshedding. He said that PML-N has done the politics of service to the people instead of power. He said that we are thankful to Iranian government which supported Pakistan in every hour of trial. He said that the friendship between Pakistan and Iran is higher than Himalayas and with the construction of this hospital, the people of the district will remember this friendship forever.

Earlier, in his address, Iranian Consul General Aqai Muhammad Hussain Bani Asadi said that Iran and Pakistan are good neighbors and have same religion and both the countries have friendly ties since the creation of Pakistan. He said that we share every occasion of happiness and agony of the people of Pakistan. He said that two years ago, on the instructions of Iranian leader Ayatullah Khamnai, people of Iran helped their Pakistani brethren during the flood. He said that in addition to a hospital, Iran has also launched the projects of Girls High School in Bhakkar and education and health schemes in Sindh. Director Operation Shehzad Fazal Abbasi informed that the aforementioned hospital has been constructed over an area of 30 kanal and 15 marlas which also include residences of doctors and paramedical staff. He said that the whole project will cost about Rs.1.75 billion. He said that this hospital will be a model hospital for D.G. Khan Division equipped with all the latest equipment and free medical treatment will be provided to the people there.
