Government is paying special attention on the protection of Mazaars:Haji Ehsan-ud-din Qureshi

Lahore: Minister Auqaf Punjab Haji Ehsan-ud-din Qureshi has said the present government is paying special attention on the protection and renovation of Mazaars of Sufi Saints. He said that Auqaf Department has made special arrangements for the convenience of visitors regarding security, langar etc. He said that world peace can be established by following the teachings of the Holy Prophet (PBUH). He said that we can eliminate extremism and violence from the world by getting guidance through the teachings of the Holy Prophet (PBUH).

He expressed these views while seeing arrangements of security & langer at Data Darbar. Haji Ehsan-ud-din Qureshi asked the people to create book reading habit specially the Books of Seerat-un-Nabi (S.A.W.W). He said that we can eliminate extremism and violence from the world by getting guidance through the teachings and footprints of Hazrat Data Ganj Bakhsh (RA) and other sufi saints. He said that ulema and mashaikh should play an active role in the setting up of a society based on religious harmony, tolerance and social equality. He said that Islam teaches the lesson of peace, harmony and equality among the masses and by following in the foot-steps of Sufi saints we should create an atmosphere of amity and tranquility.
