Will Imran Khan contest against Nawaz Sharif in upcoming polls?

Lahore: Pakistan Muslim League –N is thinking over the names of its candidates in to give tough time to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf and Pakistan People’s Party in upcoming general elections.

According to sources, PML-N wants to make grater alliance to give tough time to its opponents all over the Pakistan but it does not want to lose any seat of the National Assembly in the provincial capital, Lahore. The party Quaid Mian Nawaz Sharif is convinced that they have to rebut the challenges of PPP and PTI regarding Lahore. He only wants to give the names of strong candidates who could defeat their any opponent for upcoming election and is not ready to give any national assembly seat even to his allied parties.

The party has decided the names of Shahbaz Sharif, the chief minister Punjab, his son Hamza Shahbaz, his son in law Ali Imran, the bakery boy case fame, Maryam Nawaz, daughter of Mian Nawaz Sharif, Bilal Yaseen, his close relative and the Khawaja Saad Rafique for national assembly seats, Malik Pervaiz, Mian Marghob,Malik Afzal Khokhar names are under discussion but decision yet to make. Mian Nawaz Sharif hasn’t decide whether he will contest in forthcoming generals elections or not, he also has not finalize his constituency. There is a great chance that his relative Omar Sohail Zia Butt,Naseer Bhutta,Sardar Ayaz Sadiq will not be able to get party ticket for next election.

There is a very strong rumour in the city and debate in the political circles that Pakistan Tehreek-e- Insaf chairman Imran Khan will contest election against Mian Nawaz Sharif in Lahore and Javaid Hashmi against Mian Shahbaz Sharif.PTI is waiting anxiously the announcement of PML_N about their candidates in Lahore so they could make their strategy for polls. If Nawaz Sharif will not contest in general election than Imran Khan may not contest in Lahore.
