Lahore, Oct 29: Secretary General Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan, Liaqat Baloch has said that
the government is hatching a conspiracy to sabotage the order of the Supreme Court in
connection with CNG price reduction.
During his visit to various points of animal-skin collection points of JI while talking to media persons he demanded of the government to reduce the petroleum price to thirty rupees per liter. “The reduction in petroleum price would result in an increase in national exchequer and speed the economy wheel,” he added.
He said the rulers must take steps to build the confidence of the Baloch people in order to solve the problems of Balochistan province. He urged the authorities concerned to recover the missing persons.
Liaqat Baloch emphasized that the nation must get united against drone attacks and the terrorism and demanded of the rulers to end military operations in the country. He warned that the military operation in North Waziristan would bring further chaos in the
country.
He said Pakistani people would continue to support to Kashmiri people in their struggle for freedom against Indian aggression. “Kashmir should be an important pillar of our foreign policy as Indian occupation on Kashmir is against the law and morality,” he
added.
