Ch Parvez Elahi offered Eid Namaz in Gujrat

Lahore: Pakistan Muslim League senior central leader and Deputy Prime Minister Ch Parvez Elahi, Federal Minister for Human Resource Development Ch Wajahat Hussain, Shafay Hussain and Rasikh Elahi offered Eid prayers in Gujrat this morning and specially prayed for solidarity, unity, security, progress and prosperity of the nation and the country. On this occasion, they exchanged Eid greetings with large number of people from all walks by embracing and shaking hands with them.
Afterwards, the PML leaders along with others went to their ancestral graveyard where they placed wreaths at the graves of Ch Zahoor Elahi Shaheed, Ch Manzoor Elahi and other departed members of the family, offered “fateha” and prayed for security, stability and prosperity of the nation and the country.
Later at Ch Zahoor Elahi House, they met large number of people from all walks of life including party leaders, office-bearers, workers, parliamentarians, former Nazims, industrialists, businessmen and exchanged Eid greetings with them.
Talking on this occasion, Ch Parvez Elahi said that Pakistan Muslim League will continue to serve the nation, the country and the people, security, stability, prosperity and progress of Pakistan will be given preference on all other things and every sacrifice will be offered in this regard.
Ch Parvez Elahi said that all political parties and their leaders should pledge today to offer every sacrifice for the nation and the country.
