Lahore: President PML-N, Muhammad Nawaz Sharif, in a statement has said that PPP, scared by the popularity of PML-N in Sindh, has started the vindictive activities and pre-poll rigging by registering baseless and false cases against the PML-N workers. He said that the involving Amir Bhutto son of Mumtaz Bhutto, in a baseless and false case is worst example of it. Nawaz Sharif has said that the federal government is punishing Amir Bhutto for joining PML-N by involving him in a fake case which is highly condemnable. He said that the Sindh government, on the instructions of federal government, is creating hurdles in provision of justice by using provincial machinery. Nawaz Sharif said that such undemocratic tactics and vindictive activities cannot demoralize the leaders and workers of PML-N in Sindh. He said that PML-N is standing with Mumtaz Bhutto and his son Amir Bhutto in this hour of trial. He demanded of the government to immediately withdraw fake cases against Amir Bhutto and other PML-N workers in Sindh. In order to expressing the solidarity with Mumtaz Bhutto and Amir Bhutto, Nawaz Sharif has also postponed the important meeting of leaders of PML-N Sindh scheduled to be held in Lahore on October 31 and directed them to reach Larkana on October 31.
