Saadat S. Cheema takes charge as EPZA Chairman

Lahore: Muhammad Saadat S. Cheema has taken over charge as Chairman of the Export Processing Zones Authority (EPZA).

Muhammad Saadat S. Cheema is an economist, has vast experience of marketing affairs and has previously rendered commendable services in the international banking and airlines fields.

After taking over charge, the new EPZA Chairman reiterated that for boosting exports and establishing exports oriented industries, new zones would be set up all over the country particularly in Balochistan, Khyber Pukhtoonkhwah, interior Sindh, Punjab and Azad Jammu and Kashmir.

He further said that problems of the officers and employees of the EPZA would be solved on priority basis and full attention would be paid to their welfare and well-being.

He prayed to Almighty Allah to enable him to play his role in the full industrial growth of Pakistan in an appreciable manner.
