JI finalizes its election strategy

Lahore: Secretary General, Jamaat e Islami, Liaqat Baloch, has said that the JI has worked out its strategy for the next which would be announced after the announcement of the election schedule. He has counseled the media not to run table stories about JI’s election alliances.

Addressing the election team of the JI at Mansoora on Tuesday, he directed the JI workers and leaders make full preparations for the elections and arrange corner meetings of the JI proposed candidates from each constituency. He was sure that the JI would give a surprise to the nation in the polls.

Liaqat Baloch said that PPP and its allies in the government had brought disgrace to the country by putting on the yoke of US slavery, unprecedented corruption and plunder of the national wealth besides causing unemployment and price hike. He believed that the masses would reject these parties in the next polls.

The JI, he said, had already announced its manifesto which was revolutionary and ensured resolving public problems and minimizing their worries. The JI would end the deprivations of the nation spread over for the last 64 years.
