NH&MP introduces mechanism of Public Feed Back?

Lahore: In order to promote the public friendly image of NH&MP and ensure the quality of assistance to the road users N-5 Central zone on the direction of has introduced the mechanism of Public Feed Back .

DIG N-5 central Rai Altfa Hussain directed all the SSPs/Sector Commanders to ensure feedback from the road users as interactive approach with the general public is the need of time. In this regard they have been asked to devise a Proforma in which public comments can be sought regarding dealing of officers while providing assistance to the road users or issuing penalty tickets to them on the violation of traffic rules.

The DIG further directed to share official email id and specified contact number with the road users so that they may pass their comments and suggestions at their ease. He asked the officers to take special interest in making this mechanism successful as it will help a lot in improving the professional working of NH&MP.
