Lahore: Secretary Social Welfare and Bait-ul-Mall Punjab, Sardar Akram Javed has said that the governmental measures for checking the possible breeding of dengue virus are satisfactory and appreciable.
He said this during his visit to Directorate of Social Welfare office, here today. Director General Social Welfare Malik Aslam, Director Admin Abdul Quddus Akhtar and other concerned officers also accompanied him. Sardar Akram reviewed in detail the cleanliness arrangements in the entire office and especially inspected air-coolers, flowerpots, roofs and other places. He directed the officers and staff to maintain this standard of sanitation in order to check the breeding of dengue virus. He said that if our environment is clean then dengue virus will be eliminated forever.
