Kamal Ahmad, world known expert in information technology and country head Microsoft Corporation, today called on Quaid Pakistan Muslim League-N Muhammad Nawaz Sharif in Murree and while expressing confidence in his leadership, announced to join Muslim League-N. Kamal is an international expert in information technology as well as an authority at local and foreign levels in business management, information technology and telecommunication sectors. Prior to joining PML-N, Kamal Ahmad was working as country head Microsoft Corporation but for joining PML-N, he has resigned from the office of country head Microsoft Corporation.
Muhammad Nawaz Sharif, while welcoming the spirit of Kamal Ahmad and his joining PML-N, said that joining of an IT expert and business leader in PML-N reflects that persons associated with IT and other modern knowledge have complete confidence in PML-N and its programmes. He said that PML-N government prepared modern projects of public development and prosperity in the past and especially laid the foundation of telecommunication sector in Pakistan.
Muhammad Nawaz Sharif expressed the hope that Kamal Ahmad while utilizing his professional capabilities will prove to be an asset for Pakistan and PML-N and PML-N benefitting from his experience and expertise will evolve revolutionary programmes in IT sector in Pakistan. Muhamamd Nawaz Sharif said today Pakistan needs honest and sincere persons like Kamal Ahmad who could play their role in raising the living standard of the people of Pakistan as well as development and prosperity of the country. Nawaz Sharif said that PML-N has a team of professionals and with the participation of Kamal Ahmad, this team will play its role in a better manner.
On this occasion, Kamal Ahmad said that he has been impressed by the vision of Nawaz Sharif and revolutionary programmes of PML-N and joined this party after leaving a high position in multinational company. Kamal Ahmad expressed his belief that only PML-N under the leadership of Nawaz Sharif can steer the country out of problems and crisis and make Pakistan a sovereign, independent and prosperous country.
