President, PM chair high level meeting on regional security

Islamabad:President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Raja Pervez Ashraf on Wednesday chaired a high level meeting at the Aiwan-e-Sadr.The meeting was attended among others by Minister for Foreign Affairs Hina Rabbani Khar, Secretary General to the President M. Salman Faruqui, Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee General Khalid Shameem Wynne, Foreign Secretary Jalil Abbas Jilani, Defence Secretary Nargis Sethi, Chief of Army Staff General Ashfaq Parvez Kayani, Chief of Naval Staff Admiral Muhammad Asif Sandila and Chief of Air Staff Air Chief Marshal Tahir Rafique Butt.Security situation in the region was discussed during the meeting.
