No threat to democracy in Pakistan: Kaira

Islamabad:Minister for Information and Broadcasting Qamar Zaman Kaira said on Friday that there was no threat to democracy in the country and the civil society,judiciary, media and all other institutions were united on the issue of continuation of the democratic process. Speaking as chief guest at signing ceremony for cooperation between Norwegian embassy and South Asia Free Media Foundation here he said that political parities and national institutions have learnt a lot from the past. He said the government was facing several challenges and similarly the media also faced many challenges and both can join hands to overcome these challenges.
