Punjab’s Ministers to sit in tent offices

As per the decision of Punjab Cabinet, all Provincial Ministers, Advisors and Special Assistants, following in the footsteps of Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif and to express their solidarity with the people upset from loadshedding, have stopped the use of air conditioners and started performing their responsibilities in the tents outside their offices.

Senior Advisor Sardar Zulfiqar Ali Kahn Khosa, Provincial Minister for Law Rana Sanaullah Khan, Minister for Agriculture Ahmad Ali Aulakh, Minister for Zakkat & Ushar Malik Nadeem Kamran, Minister for Prisons Malik Iqbal Channer, Minister for Planning & Development Ch Abdul Gafoor, Minister for Finance Rana Asif Mahmood, Special Assistants Kh. Salman Raffique, Syed Zaeem Hussain Qadri and Mansha Ullah Butt sat in their tent offices despite scorching heat and issued instructions for solving people’s problem. Ministers, Advisors and Special Assistants said that setting up of tent Office at Minar-e-Pakistan by Punjab Chief Minister against the discriminatory attitude in loadshedding with Punjab is a proof of his love and commitment with the people. They said that Pakistan Muslim League N leadership supports this step of Punjab Chief Minister and Ministers and elected representatives will continue their protest against loadshedding.
