Lahore: On the directions of DCO Lahore Noor-ul-Amin Mengal action has been taken against the quacks in the city. Monitoring teams raided on 29 shops of quacks in different areas and 4 shops of quacks sealed. 6 FIRs lodged against quacks and 2 quacks apprehended. 

In another movemet drug inspectors checked 36 medical stores today while 4 medical stores sealed on the charge of selling expired medicines and collected 15 samples of medicines and sent to laboratories for further proceedings and imposed Rs.50,000 fine. 6 cases have been referred to District Quality Control Board.
