LGH holds a ceremony for employees who defeated Corona

Lahore : A ceremony was organized here at the General hospital in honor of the employees who defeated Corona in which all the doctors, nurses and paramedics were present.

Presenting bouquets of flowers to the medical staff who not only rendered medical services but also fought against Corona Virus. Acting Principal Prof. Dr. Muhammad Nazir and Medical Superintendent Dr. Rana Muhammad Shafique spoke on the occasion. They said that the doctors, nurses and paramedical staff who risked their lives to save the lives of Corona patients and served on the front line are the crown of our heads and their work will be acknowledge by the country and the nation.

The doctors and staff of the General Hospital who recovered from the Corona Virus were presented with bouquets of flowers and the audience paid tribute to the medical staff for their encouragement and appreciated there professional dedication while the participants stood on their seats their services were lauded and these employees were given heartfelt tributes.

Prof. Judet Saleem, Dr. Ghazala Ruby, Dr. Irfan Malik, Dr. Ahmed Naeem, and Deputy Nursing Superintendent Ruqaiya Bano also appreciated the services of the medical staff and congratulated on their recovery. Prof. Mohammad Nazir and Dr. Rana Mohammad Shafiq said that the people should also come forward to reduce the workload of patients in hospitals and minimize the pressure on the medical staff.

In addition to ensuring the use of masks, hand washing should also be done with soap to prevent the spread of the virus, they appealed. They also asked to the general public not to enter in the markets without any proper need and don’t just go for fun.

Deputy Nursing Superintendent Ruqaiya Bano on behalf of the nursing community expressed her determination that the nurses who have recovered from Corona Virus are more encouraged and they will be in the field again against the Corona Virus to safe the suffering humanity.
