2 alleged criminals killed in police custody

Lahore : 2 alleged criminals including one arrested accused Waaqas alias Aatie and Ramzan alias Kedo killed in the presence of CIA Model town police at Kacha Road , Kahna .

DSP CIA Hussain Haider confessed that police failed to protect the life of arrested accused Waqas alias Aatie but no action has been taken against the cops neaither any FIR could be registered against them .

DSP CIA claimed that police party headed by SI Mehmood Bhatti took the arrested accused Waqas for investigation to a haveli at Kacha Road where some unidentified criminals attacked at police party which miserably failed to protect the life of arrested accused ,the firing caused damage to the police vehicle ,the DSP added.

It was a criminal negligence of the police who miserably failed to protect the life of an arrested accused but neither the cops suspended nor FIR under 155-C Police order registered against them which make suspect the whole police story and give hint that it was a planed fake encounter.

The police party who could not save the life of arrested accused due to sudden heavy firing easily identified the culprit in the dark night who fired at police party and killed the arrested accused and one of their fellow Ramzan. The accused fled away after killing their own group members without hurting the cops in darkness.

The DSP CIA said that accused had killed a man on resistance during dacoity in Lalzar Colony , Sabzazar and recently released on bail as police had failed to establish any offence against them in the court of law. The accused were involved in around 100 cases of heinous crimes ,DSP Hussain Haider claimed .This statement of the police also establish their inefficiency .The bodies of the accused have been sent for autopsy.
