Lahore : Deputy chief of the Jamaat e Islami Liaqat Baloch has said it was time to begin normal social and economic activities under smart lock down with all precautionary measures.
Liaqat Baloch said that doctors’ warnings were important but lock down had practically ended and normal activities had been revived. He noted that the Prime Minister was not in
favour of total lock down.
The JI deputy chief remarked that the Shaukat Khanum Cancer Hospital was being run on donations while the treatment there was most costly. Similarly, he said, the country was being run through charity, price spiral and inflation. He said that Imran khan’s strategy would ruin the
country economically.
He said that corona virus was doing heavy damage to the country and the political, social and economic crisis was getting out of control.
Liaqat Baloch was confident that the Ulema, Khatibs and the mosque committees would strictly follow the 20 point accord in for regular prayers in order to help control deadly virus. He believed that Allah would protect all those who turn to Him in repentance, from every problem.
