CM gives cash reward to Biologist Andleeb Hanif

Lahore : Incharge Punjab government’s Central Lab of Corona Testing and Molecular Biologist Andleeb Hanif summoned by Chief Minister Punjab Sardar Usman Buzdar at CM’s office to give her reward for her exemplary services during fight against Corona Virus. The Chief Minister lauded the services of Andleeb Hanif and other staff of the lab in COVID-19 testing.

Usman Buzdar also gave a cash prize to Andleeb Hanif whereas Provincial Minister for Health Dr. Yasmeen Rashid gave her commendatory certificate.

The Chief Minister announced an additional basic pay for the staff working in Punjab government’s corona testing lab which are operational round the clock. He said that the staff of the lab will be paid additional salary till the corona lab is functioning. He said that the government appreciates the hard work of staff of testing lab.

He further announced that the staff of corona testing lab will get commendatory certificates as well.

Usman Buzdar said it is the difficult time and the government will continue to discharge its obligations wholeheartedly. He said that there is a need to pay attention on research and development work and government will provide all out assistance in this regard.

The chief minister was briefed that the central lab has capacity to conduct two thousand tests on daily basis. He further announced so far more than 28 thousands patients have been tested from this lab. Provincial Minister Health Dr. Yasmeen Rashid, Secretary Primary & Secondary Healthcare Muhammad Usman were also present on this occasion.
