Islamabad High Court grants interim bail for 3days to Nawaz Sharif

Lahore : Islamabad High Court has granted interim bail to Nawaz Sharif for 3 days till Tuesday on humanitarian grounds.

Chief Justice Ather Minullah led the division bench . The court took reports from NAB , health department and the state . The CJP said if NAB opposed the bail the court will dismiss the application but they will have to face the results if former prime minister Nawaz Sharif dies in custody.

All the concerned did not oppose the bail and the court granted bail to Nawaz Sharif for 3 days till Tuesday 29 October 2019.

Opposition leader Shahbaz Sharif had filed the petition for bail in Al Azizia Steal Mills case in which court had sentenced Nawaz Sharif .

Islamabad High Court already listening Nawaz Sharif bail application in the said case and will resume the hearing on Monday.
