Naeem ul Haq holds meeting with Ch Brothers

Lahore : Special Assistant to the Prime Minister Naeem ul Haq held a meeting with Speaker Punjab Assembly Ch Parvez Elahi and other Pakistan Muslim League (PML) leaders at their residence here today (Tuesday).

In the meeting MNAs Moonis Elahi and Salik Hussain and Ch Shafay Hussain were also present whereas the PTI leaders included Ejaz Ch, Dr Shehbaz Gill, Aun Chaudhry, Jamshed Cheema among others.

Afterwards talking to the media, Ch Parvez Elahi said that Insha-Allah we will get Punjab and federal budgets approved without any problem and our party will fully support the government whereas Naeemul Haq said that we are grateful to Ch Shujat Hussain and Ch Parvez Elahi that under their leadership Pakistan Muslim League (PML) has quite appreciably supported us in every important matter particularly in the case of references against the judges Ch Parvez Elahi has played very important role in organizing the thinking of the lawyers and securing valuable support of the lawyers community, reservations will be removed, Prime Minister Imran Khan says that he has neither no apprehension no reservations about his this important ally party nor there is any difference between the leadership of both the parties.

Describing Naeemul Haq as man of good intentions and understanding, Ch Parvez Elahi said that matters keep on being sorted out with him because different things are solved when these are brought under discussion, the government should take matters with other allies also forward and take them along.

Naeemul Haq further said that Ch Parvez Elahi as the Speaker is running the Punjab Assembly quite commendably whereas performance of Federal Minister Tariq Bashir Cheema is also very good.

In response to a question, he said that Mr Imran Khan believes alliance with the Pakistan Muslim League will be further strengthened, the government will honour all its promises with the allies, demands of Mr Akhtar Mengal have also been accepted whereas after the budget in the cabinet on its expansion the allies will be given more representation. He said that Peoples Party and N-League have violated the accord. On another question, Naeemul Haq said that during last 10 years both the governments had swallowed Rs 3 to Rs 5 billion, Jaati Umra and Bilawal House have built after looting national wealth and these should be returned to the country.
