LHC DB dissolved upon Hamza Shahbaz mistrust

Lahore : The division bench of Lahore High Court headed by Mr justice Ali Baqir Najfi dissolved on the mistrust shown by Hamza Shahbaz . The court has sent the case file to CJ for further proceedings.

During the proceeding of his bail application ,opposition leader in Punjab Assembly Hamza Shahbaz came to the rostram and expressed his no trust upon the court ,saying that he had a clean record and faced worst accountability in Pervaiz Musharraf era , he has a great regard for the court and wanted to present his submission with due respect that chairman NAB said in a interview that the bench which hearing the case of Hamza Shahbaz had been changed and now he will not be granted bail by the new bench and would be arrested , I have no fear of arrest as I was arrested in Benazir Era first time when I was not in politics and a student of GCU. But statement of the chairman NAB which was not denied , took him to the point that I express my no trust upon the court , so he requested the court not to listen his case and send it to another bench for hearing .
